About This Work
The city of Broken Arrow, OK holds an annual fair and parade called “Rooster Days." This festival started years ago when families from all around the community came to town to trade and sell everything, from cattle to fruit and vegetables. The youngsters showed off their roosters and it was the highlight of the event.

This sculpture is one of the three figures from my monument commemorating the Centennial Year for downtown Broken Arrow. The monument is located at the corner of Main and Broadway in Broken Arrow.
